You will be notified via email when changes to the Terms modification have a significant change to your rights. Using JobConnect after a change, indicates your agreement to any changes to the Terms. To create a Job Candidate account, you must be a student or graduate of one of four Hillsborough Technical Colleges (HTC): Aparicio-Levy, Brewster, Erwin, or Learey. Job Candidate account holders attest that all information created for their profiles is accurate and will be kept current. Further, Job Candidate users grant permission for employers to view their information and contact them regarding employment opportunities. Job Candidates may view information about job opportunities and request interviews from to Hiring Partners through the Career Development Coordinator. Hiring Partners agree to use equitable recruitment processes when selecting Job Candidates and will not discriminate based on ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or veteran status as prohibited by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account(s) for violation of these Terms of Service or any other policies associated with JobConnect services. JobConnect nor any of its employees, partners, managers, officers or agents make any representations or warranties or endorsements of the service, content, or security associated with the transmission of information. Under no circumstances will JobConnect be liable for any loss or damages related to the service or content.
